Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Asheeve. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@asheeve.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account, create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, or impersonate another person.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Transmit malware, spam, or any content that is harmful, abusive, or harassing.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Asheeve (visions, objectives, projects, tasks, journal entries). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you.

We do not sell, share, or use your content to train AI models or for any purpose other than delivering the Service.

5. Data export and deletion

You can export all your data at any time from your profile page. You can delete your account at any time; all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, release updates, or temporarily limit access without notice. We will notify users of planned downtime when reasonably possible.

7. Pricing and billing

Asheeve is currently free during the early-access period. If we introduce paid plans, we will give existing users at least 30 days' notice before any charges apply. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund terms will be described at that time.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asheeve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
